Congressional Testimonies

In March 2023, Mika was invited by the Government Oversight Committee to contribute a Statement for the Record as part of their oversight hearing on the Nation’s Largest Employer - OPM. In December 2021 and again in January 2025, she testified as an expert witness for the Senate Hearing on the Future of Federal Work.
