 My passion is helping businesses, government agencies, leaders, nonprofits and organizations of all types, sizes and industries achieve success with the right workforce policies, programs, training, coaching and change management strategies to better understand and embrace the Future of Work.

I am a widely acclaimed transformational workforce expert, speaker, strategist and innovator specializing in interdisciplinary expertise in the areas of innovative global workplace initiatives, culture change, strategic communications, next generation/future workplace predictions, and employee engagement. Her career includes assignments throughout the United States Intelligence Community, across the Federal government and in private industry working with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, academia and start-ups to leverage their flexible, remote and hybrid work flexibilities to achieve lasting competitive advantage.  

I am a native of Maine and a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served on Active Duty as both an enlisted soldier and commissioned officer.
